I have an escort passport 9500ix up for sale, no reserve. I used it on the trip, and for a few weeks after i got home then on the shelf it went. As you likely know, this is an excellent detector.
It always provided me more than fair warning for any radar and laser threats , and functioned flawlessly. As i said, it was barely used.
The only thing of note is that one of the extra suction cups seems to have gotten misplaced, so i have 3 instead of 4. It is just a spare, nothing else. This 9500ix is one of the ones that uses secondary power, as in you have to have it plugged into a cigarette lighter or inverter as well as to the laptop or computer during an update, which is a tiny difference from now in which they are powered by one cable.
It is the exact same detector, they only changed the power input to one source a little later in production, absolutely no other differences. You can verify that by looking up the serial number update beginning with 19 like this one in all the youtube videos. The black storage case has a little cosmetic wear on the corners, as it was on my shelf and things constantly got placed next to it inevitably rubbing against it.
